Called in the morning about my clothes dryer not drying, Richard called back within the hour, was able to come by within a half hour, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, had to go get a part, came back within about half hour, replaced the part in about 15-20 minutes and was done! He even took the time to patiently answer all my questions and explain how everything works. Very friendly and professional demeanor, pricing was reasonable, (although I think all service providers charge a lot for the infamous "trip charge"). I would highly recommend Fit It Right!

A few years ago we were referred to Fix It Right via our home warranty when our refrigerator went out. We received a quick response and were very pleased with the professionalism and response of the assigned technician, Richard.
Just recently, we experienced a loss of refrigeration/freezing over a warm holiday weekend. We searched for Richards contact info as we recalled what a positive experience we had the first time. He was available on a holiday Saturday and has since been out to our residence four times to tend to the ongoing problem. Richard has explained all thoroughly, has remained patient and persistent. We are grateful for his attention and dedication to assisting us. He has followed up after each service visit to check on the status of the project. He is truly vested and committed to seeing his work through.
We also have appreciated the electronic notifications, in include a photo of the technician that is being sent to our home. Even though we have become familiar with Richard, we appreciate this safety feature.
